Web Developer
The ideal candidate will be multi-talented with experience in PHP, JavaScript and front-end cutup. Experience with SQL, working with large databases, scalable systems. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Quality and detail focus is a must.

Necessary Skills:
* 3+ years experience with PHP, JavaScript, SQL and other technologies.
Experience coding for and testing content / layout in multiple browsers.
* Experience working in an MVC framework, preferably Zend.
* LAMP development
* Object-oriented PHP
* JavaScript & AJAX, JQuery experience is a plus
* MySQL database creation and optimization
* XHTML / CSS, tableless cutup
* Experience with versioning software, in particular SVN

Creative Director
Digital Creative Director to lead, manage, and oversee the creative integrity of
all digital ideas that the agency produces—from sites to online advertising, social, mobile and emerging technology. This person will bring the ability to synthesize creative decisions internally and externally and work to build consensus around the best creative ideas that positively impact our clients’ business.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Lead the creative conceptualization, direction, and execution of innovative digital initiatives across several accounts simultaneously
* Manage creative staffing for digital group while fostering an environment for growth and mentorship among creative team members
* Hands-on execution of key design elements
* A primary role in new business efforts including creative strategy, presentation, and pitching

SKILLS:
* Expert knowledge of the creative opportunities and limitations as well as technical specifications of sites, online advertising, mobile and social
* A deep understanding of the social space and how social is shaping the way brands and consumers interact
* A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
* Ability to quickly familiarize with brand goals and brand look and feel
* Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams comprised of designers, art directors, flash artists, programmers, writers, and video/photo/audio/mobile production teams.
* Hands on / expert level experience in the latest version of the Adobe Creative Suite
* Ability to source A-list creative talent for freelance, full time staff, and subcontract

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors degree in design /fine art / interactive telecommunications or commensurate experience
* Stunning portfolio of integrated campaigns, including offline experience developing broadcast, print and other traditional media executions
* 5+ years experience as an interactive creative within an agency or in-house environment


Sr. Web Designer
Senior Web Designer to join our creative team. The Senior Web Designer will
have a strong understanding of digital marketing and demonstrable experience of working with senior level personnel in the design and development of online digital solutions. Sr. Designer will have proven skills with Adobe Suite and be able to this in your ‘online portfolio’.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the creative conceptualization, direction, and execution of innovative digital initiatives across several accounts simultaneously
* Responsible for the presentation of online brand and visual design elements
* Present creative samples and web concepts to senior management team
* Create web design/graphics, animations, user interfaces, icons, style sheets, color schemes, templates and layouts for use in web and multimedia projects, ensuring site-wide color and typeface standards and consistency
* Participate in new business development activities
* Contribute to the creative process with original ideas and the development of creative concepts
* Ability to take a concept and produce creative and innovative designs
* Design and produce captivating, rich interactive experiences for sites
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and other key stakeholders to capture design
requirements and translate them into practical design solutions
* Develop creative design for online marketing activities including online website content, online advertising, and email marketing
* Define and develop creative standards for online experience and mobile innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively in-house and with outside vendors.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects.
* Strong understanding of CS suites, flash animation, motion graphics, front end web, online campaigns and viral concepts. You should naturally have an exceptional eye for design, digital creativity and trends.
* 5+ years experience working as a graphic artist/designer
* Deep understanding and knowledge of digital media design
* Ability to present concepts and support rationale behind given design solutions
* High proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite software - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
* Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
* Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to balance multiple priorities with acute attention to detail
* Strong service orientation with a commitment to producing high quality results within strict deadlines, and focused on the achievement of team goals

3) Experience Level: SR: full portfolio whether 3 yrs or 10 yrs
4) some management responsibilities. We call them Team leaders, they might be responsible for one or two accounts. Some leadership and management skills would be necessary, but long-term experience in either is not.
5) The ideal candidate might have work that would be targeted toward young males (23-26 year olds), beverage/spirit experience, humorous writing abilities, and good presentation skills. I would expect that person to have a maturity level that might allow them to be trusted with important clients. I would like someone who can think digitally and with a high degree of strategic sensibility.
